Investment description

The project shows a modern and functional architecture which tones in the surrounding buildings. The investment consists of two 17-storey towers which are connected up to the third floor.

The two high constructions will accommodate 286 apartments. The offer of Sokolska 30 Towers includes both cozy, modern studios with an area of 27 sqm and spacious apartments of over 137 sqm. All the flats are designed with loggias and high windows which guarantee perfect lightning inside and a breathtaking view of the city skyline.

On the ground floor there is a representative lobby with a reception desk and two commercial premises. The first two floors were designed as offices and additional recreational venues, including a baby club and a gym with a sauna available only for residents.

The roof over the second floor between the towers was arranged as a green atrium. It provides a perfect place to relax and a meeting point for residents. The project includes also a two-story underground car park, storage rooms and open air parking places. With safety and comfort of residents in mind, we have planned 24 h monitoring, energy-saving lighting and a reception desk in the investment.
